Michael Clark is a self taught visual artist. He works in a representational style using oils. His work is inspired by the multitude of experiences that make up a human life. How people feel, think, and act as they move through life is largely based on reactions to events that occur in their life. Through the symbolism of objects and emotional figurative works Mike explores these events and the stories we tell ourselves as we navigate life. Sometimes Mike has been known to just paint things just because they are pretty.
